Request data deletion

Email us from the address connected to your Simba account. Identify the data you want deleted—for example, created word decks, learning progress, profile details, or a support message. We may ask you to verify account ownership before acting on the request.

If the button does not open your email app, send the request directly to support@simbavocabulary.com.

1. We acknowledge your request and verify that you own the account.
2. We confirm which requested data can be deleted without removing the account or disabling a feature you still use.
3. We complete the request without undue delay, normally within 30 days, and send confirmation.

Limited records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, transactions, or legal compliance. We will explain any applicable retention in our response.
